Manufacturing of Aluminium Single Ladder

The side rails are shaped and aligned precisely to maintain structural stability. Rungs are then fabricated and fixed between the rails using advanced techniques such as riveting, welding, or pressing, ensuring a firm and secure connection. Anti-slip designs are incorporated into the rungs to enhance safety during use.

After assembly, the ladder undergoes surface finishing processes such as anodizing or powder coating to improve corrosion resistance and provide a smooth, attractive finish. Rubber or plastic shoes are attached to the bottom ends of the ladder to prevent slipping and protect floor surfaces.

Each ladder is tested for load-bearing capacity, stability, and safety standards before being approved for use. The final product is lightweight, rust-resistant, easy to handle, and suitable for both domestic and industrial applications.
